WISDOM TOOTH--GROW UP OR ELSE...
ARE YOU WISE OR INNOCENT STILL?
PLEASE READ THE LINK PROVIDED BELOW BEFORE YOU START READING
MY ARTICLE.
A wisdom tooth is otherwise called dragon’s teeth.
Dragon teeth, a term derived from Greek mythology refers to Prince
Cadmus and Jason’s quest for the Golden Fleece. They were advised to sow their
dragon teeth in order to rear warriors from the soil, which they did.
From here springs the metaphor ‘to sow a dragon’s teeth’,
meaning to give birth to unintended consequences which could either be good or
bad.
If you have already referred to the article about wisdom
tooth for which I have provided a link, you would know by now that 35% of human
population never develops a wisdom tooth. And some have problems during the
course of its development.
Ideally, a wisdom tooth should appear between the age of 17
and 25 years. This age signifies ‘coming
of age’ period. Acquiring worldly-wise maturity can be associated with its appearance.
However, how you sow your wisdom might affect the progress of development of
your wisdom tooth. Some go left, some right, some straight up and some back
while some jab into the teeth in front. Some, however, remain hidden under the
gums. When we are maturing, how we shape
our worldly wisdom might be dictating the direction in which our wisdom tooth
grows.
Therefore left might mean leftists, right may signify the
right wing activists, straight up may mean a balanced approach, growing back
might mean regressive thinking and impacting on the teeth in front might mean
causing trouble for established rules and regulations. Wisdom tooth remaining
hidden under a gm cover might mean a person who hides their wisdom from the world
and pretends to be dumb but is in reality very wise and mature.
NO WISDOM TOOTH MEANS “TIME TO GROW UP” IS UP! INNOCENT
FOREVER!
That, dear readers, is my insight about psychological relationship
between the growth of a wisdom tooth and mental maturity. It may very well be
bull-shit but I would like you to tell me stories about your wisdom tooth appearance
and the mental state you were in when that happened.
I would field medical queries by mail regarding this topic. My email id is thopes@rediffmail.com. Please avoid referring to other dentistry problems.
